... Anat Ishai Styling

Bio

Anat Ishai brings a global perspective and sense of style to all of her projects. Born in Ann Arbor Michigan, but raised in Israel, she spent her formative years travelling on sabbaticals around the world with her Mother and Father, an Architect and Engineer respectively. Along the way she lived in China and France and the accumulation of these various cultural immersions help shape her aesthetic vision and remain a hallmark of her catalogue today. Anat speaks fluent, English, Hebrew and French.

Anat earned her Fashion Design Degree while studying at Ascola Design in Tel Aviv and continued her education at Parsons School of Design in New York. Her first job was at the prestigious Israeli Brand, Dorin Frankfurt where she worked as a fashion designer. During these years, she quickly became enamored by the power of styling and how it influences concept, design, and the communication of vision. In 2001 she moved back to America with her husband Shay Moscona when he followed his career with Saatchi and Saatchi, from Tel Aviv to New York City. Over the years they have collaborated on many award winning campaigns, and still do so to this day.

Anat has worked with publications such as Donna Hay, Elle Magazine, Arena, Runners World and ad agencies such as Saatchi and Saatchi, Draft FCB, BBDO, McCann-Erickson.

Today, Anat lives in her renovated townhouse in Brooklyn with her husband, 2 kids, their 6 egg-laying chickens and a lavish vegetable garden. As part of her love for food she and her husband also teach traditional bread baking classes at their stylish kitchen in Brooklyn.

Her work is a reflection of her lifestyle. Full of fun, excitement and adventure.
